Equipment

Ulti-Cloud does not require the purchase of special equipment because the application can be used from any device with an Internet browser. However, to use the Ulti-Client Windows module the application requires a PC or laptop running XP or later versions of Windows.

Implementation

1. Analysis & Design

Leave your concerns to us. Nextech FL or one of our distributors can study all of your information management needs, document processes, and analyze every type of document and/or form, to design the customized structure that will be implemented as your final solution of Ulti-Cloud.

2. Implementation & Training

As soon as the structure of the application is approved, including electronic forms, reports, plug-ins, and other elements that are required, Nextech FL configures and installs your customized version of Ulti-Cloud and sets it up on the host server.

3. Subscriptions & Administration

• For organizations with multiple users, the Administrator should proceed to configure their subscription, as follows:
  • Creating Users: Ulti-Cloud allows the system administrator to create as many users as possible within their subscription level.
  • Safety and Permits: The Administrator can also set up the security level for each user and the functions each user can perform within the universe of your Ulti-Cloud functions.
  • Training: Training has never been easier and in a couple of hours your employees can be up and running. A full set of tutorials in the operation of this very “easy to use” product is available for administrators and users on the page “My Account” in your Ulti-Cloud version.
